Update on Tiny Swagtastic Weekends…

OK all…here is the skinny…

we are putting out the word that we beez starting this soon…our first run of a weekend will be either last weekend in JANE or first weekend in JOOLY…to make few things clear…

1.  “Swag Waffles” are not free but for 50L…it is a lowered cost of stuff that is new or is from the stock items of the shopkeeps store already.

2. Participation is voluntary…nobunny twistin paws and such…and participation is, shall we say, renewed on a weekly basis…so if you do one week dun hafta do next…

3.  All groups that are used for the promotion of this are subscribo groups and will not take up group slot.  There are two subscribo groups that are associated with this event:  one is the merchant’s group which all participating merchants must join to receive updates, lists and general information, and the second group is for the patron. The patron group is not for advertising anything individually but merely for distribution of the list of LMs and stores that are participating for that week.  Merchants DO NOT have to join the patron group.

4.  In keeping with the Raglan TOS, the REAG will spam notices when needed.  Please do not overly promote yourself in Friends and Artisans Group Chat.

5.  When the merchant packets are ready, a slurl will be sent out to all store owners in the Shire as to where they can pick up their packets.  There are a number of wonderful things in that packet that will help you to promote your business other than the Swagtastic Weekends, so read through things carefully.  You can decide to participate in some, all or none of the extra promotions offered to you.

6.  The name “Tiny Swagtastic Weekends” is copyrighted.  But if you are a participating store owner/vendor you may use the name to promote the event in any advertising you do for your store.  A disclaimer is located within the merchant packet for you to add to your advertisements.
